How fast do you act on a request?
We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable means and process them within 10 business days. We keep internal do-not-call records indefinitely.
When may you be contacted?
Only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
Does this cover the law firm too?
Our opt-out stops contact from us and stops us sending your information onward. The participating law firm maintains its own do-not-call list — tell them directly and they must honor it.
What about the national registry?
You can register free at donotcall.gov. Note that consent you give on our form permits contact even if your number is registered, until you revoke it.
